All Ground and 2-Day Shipping orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed on Saturday/Sunday, your processing time begins on Monday.

FedEx Standard Overnight orders placed before 12PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped that same day.  If your order is placed after 12:00 PM EST with FedEx Standard Overnight your order will be shipped the following business day.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Ground Shipping is FREE on all orders.

We also offer Standard Overnight and 2Day. These costs vary based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Most orders ship via UPS or Fedex for domestic and DHL Express for international.

Clerestory is pleased to offer shipping worldwide.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and will not be required to pay at delivery.

For Domestic Orders - Your location and the shipping method you choose will determine when your order will be delivered. Once the order leaves our warehouse, Clerestory is not responsible for nor does it have any control over any delays in your order.

For International Orders - We ship international orders with DHL Express. Typically once an international order leaves our warehouse it will arrive to you within 7-10 business days depending on your location. Once the order leaves our warehouse, Clerestory is not responsible for nor does it have any control over any delays in your order by the shipper.

Once an order is placed, you may email us at hi@shopclerestory.com if you need to edit details or cancel prior to shipment. Orders that are shipped cannot be cancelled.

We do our best to ensure that orders arrive at the time you expect them to. When selecting any express shipping method, please bear in mind that the carriers are only able to provide an estimated delivery date. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside the estimated delivery date. Clerestory is not responsible nor has control over these situations.
