We gladly offer price adjustments on full priced items purchased online within seven days from the time you receive the order. Items are only eligible for price adjustments if the exact style, color, and size are in stock at the time of the request. We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items or during any special promotion where items are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked down. Full priced items refer to clothing sold at the original retail price set by Clerestory, not marked down for any promotional event, seasonal sale, or special discount code.
