At CLERESTORY, we truly value the importance of customer satisfaction. Our Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds and Store Credits within 14 days of receiving your order.

Domestic Returns (USA)

Below are the return eligibility requirements and terms for a Refund or Store Credit:

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  • The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (only applicable on selected styles)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available
  • Must be processed via our Returns Portal.
  • If you are within 14 days of delivery, you can return your item for either a refund to your original form of payment or a site credit.
  • If you return for a refund, there is a $15 processing fee.
  • If you return for a site credit, there is no processing fee.
  • Fees paid for shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns outside of 14 days of delivery.

CLERESTORY reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by CLERESTORY.

Please note that returns are only for an available store credit or refund. Direct exchanges are not possible.

 

International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders, except where required by law. All international orders are final sale. 

 

 Store Credits are available for all full-priced and sale (excluding Final Sale) returns.

·         Store Credits are processed within 7-10  business days once the return has been received by our warehouse.

  • Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 12 months.
  • If you are returning from an alternate country other than USA (if allowed),  the shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service. Any returns will be subject to a $15 processing fee above the costs incurred by buyer to ship back. Any expedited shipping fees paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Defective Items

·        We meticulously review and aim to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as defective, we request that we are notified within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or store credit.’

Final Sale

Pieces marked ‘Final Sale’ are final purchases and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed defective by our team. Any Final Sale items which are sent back to CLERESTORY will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
